It's been exactly 1 year since I started We Are the Youth with my friend Diana and what a wild ride it's been! We've met some really amazing kids from around the country and have been immensely touched by the stories they've shared with us. Thanks to everyone that has participated, supported and taken an interest in the project -- it really means a lot. We hope to continue with travels to far and remote locations, meetings with awesome queer youth and general shenanigans including our first festival, Gender Reel, in September!
